My approach

In order to gain insight about what you may be experiencing in the present, I believe it is important to untangle and understand where you have been. Using a Psychodynamic lens, I work to build relationships that allow you to safely explore and play within your inner-world. To create a space where you can challenge and surprise yourself. By making connections that link your present with your past, we work to unburden you of feelings, beliefs and patterns that have kept you feeling stuck.

By building a strong relational foundation, I hope to give you an experience of being heard, understood and challenged. To feel safe to express yourself free of filtering, so that we can uncover the parts of you that have been hidden away.

While I am here to reflect, challenge and facilitate the process, I believe it is vital to collaborate and empower you in take ownership of your journey. With connection at the core, I invite you to bring the good, the heavy and hopefully a few good laughs along the way.

A Passion for Men’s Mental Health

There is a shift happening when it comes to the importance of creating spaces for young men to focus on their mental and emotional well-being. It is my mission to create a space where young men can feel safe to express all their complex thoughts and feelings and challenge what I call ‘the mask of masculinity’.

If you are a young man, age 18-39, who struggles with anxiety, depression, ADHD, conflict/intimacy avoidance, failure to launch, lack of fulfillment at work, difficulty with relationships or feeling misunderstood and unseen I invite you to reach out.

So often young men feel there is a limit to what they are allowed to feel or need, let’s work together to challenge some of these beliefs and help you feel like you are able to show up more fully in your life and work.
